Recommended use:

Wet the bar under running water, rub a few times in your hands to lather it up, and wash your hair and scalp. You can also use a mug shampooing method: scrape a bit off the bar and put it in a container you can cover with a lid. Add water, close the lid, and shake vigorously. Now you've got a bunch of lather that is milder and the shampoo bar will last you longer. It's a perfect method for people with a sensitive scalp prone to dryness.
