Shipping Policy

Our delivery service is currently available in HONG KONG only. 

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

Your order will be processed and delivered within 3 working days if you place the order before 12 noon (Mon-Fri only, except public holidays). For the orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next working day.

 

SHIPPING FEE AND FREE SHIPPING CRITERIA:

You can enjoy FREE standard delivery service for a net purchase of HKD450 or above.

We use Temperature Controlled Delivery by SF Express. The standard delivery fee is HKD45 per order for local courier service (local residential, commercial and industrial district with order below 5kg)

For the order delivered to outlying islands and remote areas, please expect extra delivery lead time of 1 working day.

 

SF EXPRESS NOTIFICATION:

SF Hong Kong delivers all parcel pickup notifications exclusively via their official mobile app, "SFHK APP" (SMS/text messages will no longer be used).

If you choose to pick up your parcel at an  S.F. Store or S.F. Self Pick Locker, please download the SFHK APP in advance and enable push notifications on your phone to avoid missing delivery updates. Should you have any enquiries, please contact SF express: (852) 2730 0273.

Delivery time may be delayed in case of incorrect delivery address or contact information. After the order has been dispatched, any additional redelivery fees incurred due to a change of delivery address requested by the recipient will be the recipient's responsibility (payable directly to SF Express upon receipt/collection of the parcel).
