All our products are entirely handcrafted in our own manufacturing facility and laboratory in Białystok, Poland. We hold the EU GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards. Products are made fresh and shipped directly to you without sitting in long-term inventory.

Yes! We pride ourselves on keeping things simple and natural. Our products contain 98% - 100% natural origin ingredients, relying on cold-pressed oils, unrefined butters, essential oils, and botanical extracts. You will never find artificial fragrances, parabens, or SLS/SLES in our formulas.

We are strictly a cruelty-free brand—we never test on animals. The vast majority of our products are 100% vegan. A very small number of items may contain natural animal by-products like beeswax or lanolin, which are always clearly stated on the ingredient list.

Our products are formulated with mild, natural ingredients. However, because some of our products contain pure essential oils (such as rosemary or cedarwood), we recommend that pregnant and breastfeeding women consult with their doctor before use, or opt for our gentle, essential-oil-free "Unscented" product range.

Our "Super Cream" and specially formulated baby soaps (like the Lanolin Teddy Bear soap / unscented variations) are designed for the most delicate skin. Laboratory tests confirm they are safe to use on infants from their very first day of life.

For irritated, itchy, or eczema-prone skin, we highly recommend our "Tar Soap Bar" combined with our "Super Cream (Unscented)". Birch tar is famous for its soothing and antibacterial properties, while the Super Cream provides a thick, protective layer to lock in moisture and calm redness.

If you are transitioning from commercial liquid shampoos to our natural shampoo bars for the first time, your hair might experience a short transition period (2-3 washes). Lather the bar in your hands first, then massage the foam into your scalp. Pair it with a natural conditioner, and your hair will soon feel incredibly light and voluminous!

Because we do not use harsh synthetic preservatives, our natural products have a slightly shorter shelf life. Unopened products generally last 12-24 months. Once opened, we recommend using them within 3-6 months for maximum efficacy and freshness. Please check the EXP date on the bottom of the packaging.

To extend the life of your handcrafted bars, always keep them on a well-draining soap dish. Allow them to dry completely between uses, and keep them away from direct sunlight and stagnant water.

Absolutely. "Zero Waste" is a practice we live by. We actively eliminate unnecessary plastics from our supply chain. You will find our products housed in recyclable glass jars, reusable aluminum tins, and biodegradable paper packaging. We highly encourage upcycling our beautiful jars and tins!
