Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

Submit a Return Form: Complete the return form within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for returning damaged or defective items.

Note on Natural Products: Our products, such as soaps and shampoo bars, are made with natural essential oils and plant-based oils, packaged in eco-friendly, plastic-free materials. Minor oil seepage onto the packaging is a normal occurrence and does not qualify as a defect for return or exchange.
Non-Damaged Product Returns
If you wish to return a product that is not damaged or defective, please adhere to the following:

Submit a Return Form: Complete the return form within 7 days after receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection and Review: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. The review process takes 7-14 working days. You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your return and informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Refund Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within 30 working days.
Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow these steps:

Condition of Product: The product must be in good condition (unused and in original packaging).
