Born in Podlasie, a pristine region known as the 'land by the forest,' we are a manufacturer of natural, vegan, and ecological cosmetics. We believe in keeping skincare simple, effective, and fiercely loyal to nature.
From a Family Kitchen to the World
It all started in 2015. Founders Magdalena and Tomasz Kudaszewicz wanted to create something honest and artisanal. What began with the very first bar of soap crafted in a small family workshop in Białystok quickly captured the hearts of locals. Today, Four Starlings is a dynamic team of over 50 people. Though the brand has expanded globally—reaching Japan, Macau, and now Hong Kong—the beating heart of the company remains exactly the same: true craftsmanship and a whole lot of heart. 2019 a long-time friend of Magda and Tomek, Grzegorz Sienkiewicz, joined the board and today, as co-owner and Managing Director, stands at the helm of the ship.
The Art of Craftsmanship Meets Modern Science
We don’t outsource our passion. As the brand grew, we didn't hand over production to massive and mechanical factories. Instead, we built our own 1,500m² facility equipped with a state-of-the-art, in-house laboratory. This allows us to formulate, test, and handcraft every single product themselves. It’s the perfect marriage of traditional artisanal methods and precise, modern cosmetic science.
Uncompromising Ingredients & Certifications
Our formulations are transparent and concentrated—no unnecessary fillers, synthetic preservatives, or artificial chemicals. We adheres strictly to the highest European natural and organic certification standards, ensuring products are safe for even the most sensitive skin.
We uses pure, cold-pressed oils, rich unrefined butters (e.g.shea), and local botanical extracts (e.g.buckthorn).
Zero Waste as a Practice, Not a Slogan
The Four Starlings Shampoo Bar sparked a revolution in Polish bathrooms and saved thousands of plastic bottles from polluting the ecosystem. Our iconic Natural Cream Deodorant packaged in glass jars which makes "Zero Waste" is a daily practice at Four Starlings, from biodegradable and reusable packaging to ethical sourcing and organizing handcrafted workshops with childrens and parents.
